How quickly do you typically ship orders after they're placed?
We process orders within 1 business day. Once we ship your order, you'll receive tracking information via the email you provide at checkout.
What is your policy for returns and refunds?
If you aren't 100% happy with your bandana for any reason, we we'll be happy to do an exchange or refund your order within seven days of the purchase date. Note: Refunds are processed following the return of your order.
